We are looking for a looking for a Facility & EHS Manager.
In this role, you will report to the VP of Global Facilities and Corporate Environment and play a critical role in supporting the organizations efforts to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable working environment across its operations in Israel.
You will lead the facility life cycle in IL, leading the real estate strategy, lease-in, lease-out, new construction projects, facility maintenance and services.
You will collaborate with the EHS team and work with Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining effective environmental, health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
In addition, you will manage back-office services such as car leasing and administrative support, coordinate HR and departmental events, and oversee office operations, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Your responsibilities will also include supporting regulatory compliance and fostering a strong culture of safety and environmental awareness throughout the organization.
The role encompasses planning, operational management, budgeting, and coordination of all facility-related projects in Israel.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Safety: Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and proactively implement risk prevention measures. Oversee emergency preparedness, including evacuation plans and employee safety training.
Environmental Integration: Execute and implement a comprehensive environmental strategy for our IL facilities and R&D products, integrating sustainability practices into all aspects of facility management.
Facility Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and environmentally conscious workspace designs that promote employee health, safety, productivity, and well-being in IL.
Space Planning: Collaborate with departments to optimize space utilization, layout, and design to support workflow and employee needs. Develop IL plans for future space needs and construction projects to support the company strategy.
Sustainability Leadership: Drive the adoption of green building standards, energy-efficiency measures, waste reduction initiatives, and renewable energy sources across all IL facilities.
Health and Wellness: Implement wellness focused design elements and programs that enhance the physical well-being of employees within the IL environment.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and reporting standards, and provide transparent reporting on our ESG initiatives in the IL region.
Technology and Innovation: Explore and implement advanced technologies such as smart building systems, data analytics, and IoT solutions to optimize facility operations and minimize environmental impact in IL.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners to foster a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets that support environmental initiatives, balancing cost-effectiveness with long-term sustainability goals, facility projects, facility maintenance, and day-to-day activities.

The Head of QA will establish and lead the companys quality and compliance function from the ground up. This role will design, implement, and maintain a scalable Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, while preparing the organization for future cross-industry and regulated-environment requirements.
The role includes end-to-end ownership of quality across hardware, software, and fabrication/production processes, with a strong emphasis on traceability, structured documentation, audits, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.
In the initial phase, this is a highly hands-on role, requiring direct involvement in testing, validation, process verification, and the identification and reporting of product and process issues, while building the quality infrastructure needed to support scale.
Full physical presence on site is required due to the hands-on nature of the role and the close interaction with development, fabrication, suppliers, and audits.
What youll do
Build and lead a scalable QMS aligned with ISO 9001, with a path toward GMP and regulated environments
Own quality across hardware, software, and fabrication/production processes
Build end-to-end traceability across the product lifecycle, from requirements to release
Create and maintain product and development documentation, including technical files, validation records, risk management, and change control
Set up document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and audit trails
Lead testing, validation, and process verification, with hands-on involvement in the early stages
Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
Define and implement software quality processes, including development governance, testing, and change management
Manage supplier quality and audits, and lead external certification processes (ISO and future regulatory requirements)
Work closely with engineering to solve issues quickly and create strong feedback loops between testing and development
Help scale the function over time, moving from hands-on execution to broader system ownership and team growth.

Manage production lines for assembly systems and subassemblies. Responsible for the day-to-day performance of all production lines, including output and product quality. Maintain ongoing collaboration with engineering and R&D teams within the company. Build production plans based on sales forecasts and implement advanced manufacturing methodologies.

Analyzes, assesses, and improves Valves and Flange asset integrity, reliability, and preventative as well as predictive maintenance programs.
Manages critical valve maintenance program for the Business Unit - identification, preventative maintenance program development and sustainment, and corrective repair for all assets in the Business Unit.
Leads identification and implementation of centralized vs facility led maintenance work activities for fixed equipment and valves across the Business Unit.
Performs/participates in inspections, reliability incident investigations, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy.
Performs routine tasks independently. General supervision of non-routine work. Has basic knowledge of Chevron policies and practices.

Technical Knowledge - Experience with fixed equipment and Valve maintenance and troubleshooting. Broad knowledge of piping, fixed equipment, valves, welding, and reliability programs. Well versed in Work Order Management and Preventative maintenance platforms, ITPM development, valve maintenance. Experience in Operations / Maintenance / Engineering Support. Experience in supporting fixed equipment and valves maintenance activities and support of Turnaround (TAR) work scope planning and execution. Strong problem resolution skills.

Project & Integrity Support

Assist with mechanical scopes of projects, upgrades.

Collaboration with Supply Chain

Provide feedback to planners and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) superusers for scheduling improvement.

Ensure maintenance frequencies follow regulatory, and reliability best practices.

Team Contribution & Performance

Collaborate effectively with technicians, engineers, and operations staff.

Job Description

Serve as the engineering and technical point of contact for the offshore facility

Collaborates with operations, maintenance, & construction personnel to identify, develop & implement offshore brownfield projects

Organizes and leads cross-functional teams to address complex issues or technical activities

Coordinates offshore construction and complex maintenance support vendors to ensure the highest level of safety, environmental, quality, & regulatory performance.

Verifies offshore equipment is installed and operates within company specifications, applicable regulations, industry codes, & Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP)

Develops and reviews relevant engineering and construction execution documents such as P&IDs, Construction Execution Workpacks, Risk Assessments, Piping Isometrics, Execution Schedules, Commissioning, Startup & Operations Procedures

Works in collaboration with stakeholders to clearly define project scope and objectives during the project development phase

Reviews EPC Contractor deliverables and ensure consistency with Design Specification for assigned facilities
