Dynamic, small office in RBS seeking an experienced, self-motivated office manager
who strives for professional excellence, for part time work. (6 hours a day) for a
temporary 4 month substitute position.
Job description:
To manage the office and ensure it runs efficiently and effectively, including
streamlining administrative tasks such as reception, filing, scheduling and
appointments. To develop and implement intra-office organization and
communication and provide general support of all executives and team members.
Responsibilities:
New employee processing
Office supply management including basic groceries and office supplies
Point person for office maintenance (cleaning, repairs, mailing and shipping)
Inbound Lead Management
Filing
data entry
Organizing team lunches, get togethers, birthdays
Arranging gifts to vendors before Purim and פסח
Emailing paystubs to all employees
Requirements: Requirements:
English and Hebrew fluency
Experience with Microsoft office
Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple projects
High level of organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
