The NOC Shift Leader plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing operations during the shift, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a shift, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to the team's procedures. Monitor and manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to maintain seamless 24/7 operations. Serve as a point of contact between shift staff and management, reporting any significant incidents, managing escalations, and coordinating with higher-level support teams as needed (Internally and Externally).? Daily work involves aspects of chip level design, including partitioning, CDC, RDC, trial synthesis, design quality checks.

Required NOC OPERATION LEAD

The team monitors our production environments, applications, and deployment pipelines. Our responsibilities include, among other things, managing incidents from identification through resolution to RCA and acting as the primary point of contact for cost anomaly detections.
Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment, implementation, and tracking of team KPIs and SLOs.
Collaborate with R&D functions to establish and maintain a robust system and practices
Elevate and expand the teams scope and methods, including playbooks & protocols, end-to-end monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident management, to ensure alerts and incidents are handled quickly and professionally.
