What you'll be doing:

What youll be doing:

Be an effective leader in driving a delivery high quality SW in an efficient way

Work with planning and tracking systems to lead the release progress, and build release indicators

What You Will Be Doing:

Act as purchasing buyer for Networking production infrastructure demands: Jigs, test stations IT & test equipment, machines and more.

Negotiate cost and procurement terms.

Partner with PE (Product engineering) / HW and production teams on the long-term infrastructure designs.

Maintain business relationships with tier 1 suppliers, act as an escalation in case of quality issues, expedite / cancelation requests / finance issues.

Take part in design-to-cost decisions, making sure that cost is designed into the product.

Define tier 1 manufacturers list based on multiple requirements: Quality, service level, cost, LT and more.

Work with different teams on long term contracts and SLAs (legal teams, HW engineers, production teams).

Engineering changes management in front of suppliers.

Identify tools and methods to improve supply chain activities, drive for automatic tools such as Power BI.

Ensure timely delivery of POs and update of ERP system.

The RMA Service Coordinator will be a key part of the Service Operations team working with a cross-functional team including Enterprise Support Services, Service Product management, Networking Business Unit, and our logistics partners to ensure world class execution to our service level agreements with customers. The service coordinator will drive process improvements, track 4PL partner performance, maintain execution metrics and act as an escalation point to ensure on-time delivery performance for our customers worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

Lead all aspects of performance and execution of the Forward Stocking Locations logistics partners and 4PL support operations to dispatch customer orders. This position covers EMEA time zone support.

Escalation point of contact for import/export issues to resolve with our Global Trade Compliance team and EOR/IOR partners.

Hold weekly meetings with logistics/4PL partners to track operational performance.

Ensure customer service parts replacements are shipped to meet specified service level agreement (SLA).

Investigate service misses, issue corrective action, and track resolution of root causes for SLA misses with our logistics suppliers.

Ensure customer RMA returns are routed and processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Work the logistics, warehousing, repair operations and 4PL partners to continuously improve processes.

Ensure inventory replenishment orders are processed on time.

Review shipment backlog and resolve gating replenishment and defective return shipments.

Regional coverage - disposition day to day challenges for FSL-Support, NCR-India, Repair sites and UPS FSL operations teams.

Create, adjust, and execute commodity strategy to align with our needs.

Analyze suppliers' landscape including components, modules, and CM spaces to ensure we are aligned with best suitable partners.

What you'll be doing:

Plan and establish the production process of new projects:

Perform DFM for products and jigs.

Perform PFMEA for error-less implementation in a production line.

Production line quality management.

Develop and validate production process for each project type.

Real time-problem-solving of unknown engineering issues in the production line.

Efficient and effective engineering changes management.

Plan and create robust process flow to allow transfer products to MP.
