We are seeking an experienced Indirect Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS solutions through Value Added Resellers (VARs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build strong relationships with VARs, enable them to effectively sell our software solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and partner management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Partner Development:
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs to expand the partner network.
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success. Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through the VAR channel.
* Work closely with VARs to develop joint sales plans, co-selling activities, and marketing initiatives.
* Conduct regular business reviews with VARs to evaluate performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities. Training & Enablement:
* Design and deliver training programs to educate VARs on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
* Provide sales tools, marketing collateral, and other resources to enhance partner selling capabilities.
* Conduct product demonstrations and sales workshops to improve VARs’ ability to sell our solutions. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
* Track and analyze VAR sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of partner activity, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and deal progress.
* Prepare regular reports on partner performance and sales metrics for senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support VAR sales efforts and improve the customer journey.
Requirements: * Fluent in English + French or German is a must
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in indirect sales, direct sales, channel management, or partner development in the SaaS industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through VARs or other channel partners.
* Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the VAR ecosystem.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
