We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Orchestrator to join our successful sales team within Israel. As a member of the software sales team, you will be responsible for generating SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenue opportunities to meet assigned software and services sales targets to drive ARR. This is achieved through mainly subscription sales and follow-on services sales.
Working with medium, large, and enterprise-sized companies, the Account Orchestrator must develop customer relationships through online meetings, face-to-face interactions, and site visits to facilitate future software sales.
This role can be based anywhere within Israel, but you must be willing to travel to customer sites as well as our office in Tel Aviv.
Area of responsibility
Using appropriate methods to lead the development and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, driving the sales cycle, and closing deals.
Contributing to the creation and execution of financially quantified value propositions, cases, and solution visions tailored to specific customers or prospects.
Building trusted advisor status by effectively communicating with customers about their business challenges and the value of our digitalization solutions, supported by appropriate Return on Investment justifications.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor landscapes, and broader interfaces and influencing them through the delivery of thought leadership.
Speaking authoritatively, articulating Siemens SISW's vision and perspective on solution adoption to deliver a competitive advantage.
Act as the key point of contact for account and stakeholder knowledge and activity.
Effectively co-ordinate a multi-disciplined, matrix team to execute plans within each account and prospect including internal DISW resources and partners. Establish and track measurable goals for monitoring territory and account growth against targets.
Requirements: You should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or higher in computer science, engineering, business, marketing, or sales. This can be complemented with business/technology experience and/or graduate education or equivalent experience in business. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
You should have consultative selling experience in the industrial software domain, ideally with experience of one of the following; Teamcenter, NX or Simcenter. We are happy to consider other PLM, CAD or Simulation Tools.
You should be familiar with challenger selling techniques to engage C-level executives and gain their sponsorship for transformational ventures.
You should have a hands-on approach to problem-solving and researching best practices.
Your expertise should include areas impacting the product development and innovation processes in large organizations.
