What are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to maintain and enhance our companys IT services and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations while supporting business growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
What Our IT departments responsibilities are?
* Provide IT Support, Training, and Orientation:
Assist new employees with IT setup and provide ongoing support and training as needed.
* Troubleshooting and Repair:
Resolve issues with IT equipment and networks, ensuring minimal downtime.
* IT Infrastructure Management:
Configure and maintain our IT infrastructure solutions such as Identity Provider (IdP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Google Workspace, and more.
* Collaboration with Security Team:
Work closely with our security team to implement and maintain IT-level security solutions and overall security practices and processes.
* GRC and Auditing:
Oversee Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and handle auditing for certifications like ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2.
* Innovation and Automation:
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency.
* Vendor Management:
Work with IT vendors to ensure the best products and services are procured and maintained.
Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in a helpdesk and IT support role in a technical environment.
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments.
* Good understanding of Workflow Automation and scripting experience.
* Practical experience with Google Workspace or equivalent.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Critical thinker.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal Communication in Hebrew and English. Advantages:
