Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Using data, sales trends and market research; develop tools to monitor, report and provide meaningful and actionable insights into market performance.
-Support in analysing seasonal performance providing guidance to Product Teams on range efficiency and effectiveness as well as to aid in improving forecasting accuracy.
-Act as local centre of excellence for all analytics relates topics and drive implementation of analytics tools across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare data analysis for Israel B2B channels: WHS & Franchise on a monthly (or more frequent) basis, providing recommendations and insights on including but not limited to:
Sell In Performance
Sell Out Performance
Profitability Performance
Orderbook Analytics
Digital Share Performance
Channel and Marketplace Analysis
-Range Analysis and Assortment Optimisation
-Consult across Functions and Channels ensuring most effective reporting and insight generation
-Work with EM and Global Sales Development Teams to develop and improve reporting solutions and drive best practice across markets
-Market contact for all key external stakeholders
-Ensure accuracy and relevancy of data analysed

Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills
Very good presentation skills and storytelling ability
Strong understanding of retail and consumer landscape, including retail KPIs
Highly skilled in translating business questions into analytical models
Understanding of Finance, Customer Service and Sales functions
Independent, logical thinker with high level of attention to details
Excellent project management skills
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP, BI visualization tools (eg. MicroStrategy, PowerBI) experience a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategies
University degree in business, finance, analytics
Experience in analytics or reporting role- ideally in Retail/eCom an advantage
Previous industry experience including Sporting Goods, Fashion, FMCG an advantage
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management)
3+ years retail management / retail operations / project management experience in a retail environment.
