We are looking for a self-motivated, strong and organized Experience & Office Coordinator to join our admin team in Israel.
** The position is temporary position for 8 months.
As an Experience & Office Coordinator you will be the face of daily life at our office. Youll deliver excellent customer service while managing all day-to-day operations, maintain and organize our work environment, and create a place where employees can be productive and enjoy themselves. In addition to your administrative responsibilities, youll play a key role in promoting a positive employee experience by coordinating team activities, organizing events, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
Be the face of our company, sitting in the reception while being a welcoming point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors on a wide range of requests
Manage relationships with vendors searching and negotiation with potential external suppliers, external suppliers related to the office ( holidays, events, team activities)
General operation and administrative responsibilities, including welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and assist every employee or guest with every need.
General operational support with different activities and with issues that may arise.
Oversee the entire operation, including budget management, planning, and deliveries.
Organize and execute team-building activities, including team trips and training days.
Assist with planning and executing various activities, such as employee welfare, gift-giving, holiday celebrations, and company events.
Ensure effective communication with employees, promptly and professionally addressing questions and concerns.
Bring innovation, creativity, and ambition to office management problems.
Handle matters with the highest level of confidentiality and time sensitivity.
Requirements: What are the skills we are looking for in our next Experience & Office Coordinator?
1-3 years of experience as an Experience & Office Coordinator, ideally in a tech environment. Experience in a front office handling receptionist role and building relationships with a range of internal departments (finance, human resources, executive teams).
Hands-on mentality, belief that no task is too big or too small.
Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage a wide variety of requests.
Passion for tackling issues in the moment and anticipating future needs, a creative and outgoing nature, and a get-it-done mindset.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Interest and excitement surrounding corporate culture and events (ie. Happy hours, anniversaries etc).
Confidence and ability to sourcing new vendors and being cost effective
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
Competence in Microsoft Office.
