A Technology Pre-Sales Specialist in the Data & AI brand means accelerating enterprises success by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your role is pivotal in helping customers understand the technical capabilities of our solutions, ensuring they can leverage their data to gain actionable insights quickly and effectively
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions. Highlight real-world applications and success stories.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Lead the technical aspects of PoCs, ensuring they are set up correctly and demonstrate the value of our offerings effectively. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, and other documentation to support the sales process. Ensure all technical details are clearly communicated and documented.
Customer Support: Provide pre-sales technical support to clients, addressing any technical questions or concerns they may have. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with client needs and our strategic goals.
Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
Experience working in a Jupyter Notebook environment, python, Containers, Rest, OpenAPI3, Structured, Unstructured, VectorDB, Embedded Models.
