We are looking for a Marketing data Analyst who will join the Global Digital Marketing team, provide valuable insights to drive our Demand Generation efforts, improve overall business performance, and enhance both our B2C activities and our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
Propose new ideas to optimize and improve our marketing activities and guide the Marketing department's decision-making by providing actionable insights to support the teams' KPIs.
Responsibilities:
* Owning all Marketing analytics aspects.
* Manage global marketing analysis and reporting.
* Optimize and enhance our marketing database, develop and maintain our dashboards and provide data -driven testing hypotheses and strategies to support marketing and other customer conversion & retention efforts.
* Translate business objectives into clear and actionable performance dashboards.
* Data Visualization: Create and optimize dashboards and reports, to allow data -driven business decisions that will support the company's growth and KPIs.
* Develop and maintain cross functional data analytics systems and processes that allow for optimization of automated efforts, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with many stakeholders across multiple teams in the company.
* Working with local marketing teams across the world to ensure that the results of analytics are communicated, understood and utilized.
* Serve as Marketing Analytics expert on funnel health and conversion.
* Hands-on with Google Analytics, data Studio (developing and implementing reports, dashboards & visualizations).
* Hands-on with Performance optimization, Query optimization.
* Provide training for end-users.
Location- Herzliya.
Requirements: * 2+ years of developing dashboards for marketing analytics or business intelligence.
* Experience with B2B marketing and sales funnels, lead generation and nurturing, email marketing, social media, and website analytics.
* BA in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Management or other relevant fields.
* Proven experience in translating business processes and KPIs into meaningful dashboards, including measurements, while raising business questions.
* Proficient knowledge of SQL.
* Experience in working and integrating with various data sources.
* In depth understanding of data visualization concepts, best practices and data storytelling.
* Team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to work in highly dynamic environments.
* Excellent English (written and verbal communication skills).
* Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik, KlipFolio, Power BI)- Advantage.
* Familiarity with HubSpot- Advantage.
