We are a dynamic startup based in Tel Aviv, seeking an energetic and organized Office Manager to join our HR Team.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage office supplies, coordinate team events, and support HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in office management and excellent communication skills are essential. Provide in-office support ranging from ordering office snacks, managing catering, managing various office vendors, and greeting/assisting guests
Coordinate travel plans: flights, hotels, transport and expenses
Partner with accounting for expenses
Organize awesome events: Company yearly trip, Happy hours, Holidays toasts and more
Become the cultural ambassador by recognizing employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones
Act as project manager for all repairs and facilities projects (Cleaners and supplies)
Support Marketing initiatives for global event management and swag
Create a welcoming environment for new hires by managing new hire desk and computer setup.
Requirements: 2 years of Office Manager experience
BS/BA degree preferred
Perfect English and Hebrew
Service-oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful & tech-savvy
Attention to detail with a passion for efficiency
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience working in a startup environment- Advantage.
