Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1-2 days from home)
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute front-desk activities and office administrative duties and logistics.
Oversee employee well-being.
Arrange the management schedules
Manage logistics such as shipment and delivery management.
Coordinate flights and travel arrangements.
Assist with marketing activities, such as event coordination.
Assist with the finance department, such as booking invoices to the system.
Requirements: Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an office manager in a high-tech environment (mandatory).
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in English (high level or native proficiency).
Extensive experience with Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, & Excel).
Proactive "can-do" attitude with a service-oriented approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
