As a Junior Business Operations Analyst, you will support our teams in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and driving operational efficiencies across the organization. Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements in business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Gather and analyze commercial and business data to provide actionable insights to leadership and various teams. Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Work closely with teams across the business, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations, to support our commercial targets and goals. Help ensure that projects and processes run smoothly by assisting with coordination and communication.
Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives by providing operational and administrative support. Help monitor the progress of business projects and provide updates to stakeholders.
Assist with the management of internal tools and systems used to support business operations, including CRM platforms, project management tools, and analytics software. Help maintain accurate data in business systems and ensure data integrity.
Help manage key operational processes, such as procurement, vendor management, and team onboarding.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Law, Accounting or a related field.
Excellent command of both written and spoken Hebrew and English.
2+ years of experience as Sales Operations/Business Operations/Project Manager/Data Analyst.
Proven experience in leading End-to-End cross-team projects.
Proven experience in planning and executing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
Comfortable working with various tools and systems, including CRM platforms, project management tools, and analytics software.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
