Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. 2. Operational Oversight: • Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of operational activities. 3. Process Improvement: • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Monitor quality and yield 5. Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and mentor operations team. 6. Collaboration: • Work closely with other department to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Budgetary Control: • Contribute to the development of the operations budget.
Direct Manager: Supply Chain Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background in multidisciplinary systems along with exceptional project management skills. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in improving processes and optimizing project workflows. Responsibilities include: Lead and manage development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements, in accordance with the company project management procedure. Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and milestones. Proactively Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented. Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the project management framework. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, mitigations, and issues. Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.

Quality Control Manufacturing Engineering

Create and maintain the QA policy and system for the company.
Defining CAPA, SCAR 8D.
Develop, implement, and manage quality processes before delivery.
Lead the Production line quality system requirements.
Develop and execute tests to ensure incoming material and product quality.
Manage RMA activities (from customers vendors).
Work with the company teams to improve internal processes.
Work with the buyers and strategic suppliers to enhance the quality of vendors.
Perform internal and external training.
Responsible for all manufacturing processes, training and qualification of employees in production line.
Manage supplier's quality and MRB activities.
Maintain compliance with local and international policies.
