We are looking for an excellent Production Manager to join the team. Job Description: Areas of Responsibility: 1. Strategic Planning: • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. 2. Operational Oversight: • Ensure the timely and cost-effective execution of operational activities. 3. Process Improvement: • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 4. Monitor quality and yield 5. Team Leadership • Recruit, train, and mentor operations team. 6. Collaboration: • Work closely with other department to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. 7. Budgetary Control: • Contribute to the development of the operations budget.

Defining CAPA, SCAR 8D.
Develop, implement, and manage quality processes before delivery.
Lead the Production line quality system requirements.
Develop and execute tests to ensure incoming material and product quality.
Manage RMA activities (from customers vendors).
Work with the company teams to improve internal processes.
Work with the buyers and strategic suppliers to enhance the quality of vendors.
Perform internal and external training.
Responsible for all manufacturing processes, training and qualification of employees in production line.
Manage supplier's quality and MRB activities.
Maintain compliance with local and international policies.
