seeking for Senior IT Manager to join the IT group, reporting directly to the Global IT Director. We are looking for a responsible person, an independent learner, and rapidly adapting to changes. As the Senior IT Manager, you will collaborate seamlessly with multifunctional teams to harmonize technology resolutions with corporate goals while ensuring our IT operations' dependability, security, and scalability.

The IT Manager will be a key leader in our organization, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our global information technology systems. This position is essential for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on cybersecurity, ERP system, applications, and infrastructure across our expanding international footprint.

This is a very hands-on role. You will do much of the work, while also directing a small team to help execute the IT strategy and business OKRs.

Your challenge
ERP Systems Management:

Manage the optimization of ERP systems to streamline business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize ERP solutions, integrating them with other business applications for seamless data flow (e.g., production, supply chain, finance, and sales processes).
Cybersecurity Leadership:

Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of sensitive data, intellectual property, and customer information.
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, complying with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, encryption, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems.
Applications Development and Management:

Oversee the deployment of business-critical applications, such as production planning tools, supply chain management systems, and CRM platforms.
Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies for business insights.
Infrastructure Oversight:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation, system integration, infrastructure scalability, and IT service desk enhancements, to support a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.
Global Operations Support:

Collaborate with regional teams to standardize processes, tools, and systems across international offices and production facilities.
Provide technical guidance and support for global IT projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT organization.
Develop and manage the global IT budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs while ensuring the delivery of reliable and scalable IT services.

We are looking for a System Administrator to join the team.
As part of the global infrastructure team, you will be focused on identity and device management globally including Pro-active and re-active maintenance of the Active Directory and Azure services, Project delivery and innovation.
You will be also part of the entire of the infrastructure activity including: servers , storage , OS and Network
Responsibilities:
Configuring and managing all aspects of Active Directory and Directory Services, including GPO, CA, Radius services, ADFS, user account full lifecycle management
Azure AD, Enterprise Applications integrations, SAML authentication integration, and all other Azure AD payloads, including MFA and Conditional Access policies.
Endpoint Management (Intune) for Windows, Android/iOS, and macOS, configuration and compliance profiles, MAM aware applications, MDM, Autopilot
Office 365 and Exchange Hybrid administration
Developing and maintaining scripts using PowerShell
