Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work culture and compliance with legal requirements.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure HR practices remain current and effective.
Lead and/or support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
