We are looking for a Fraud Operations Manager to join our growing team.
As a Fraud Operations Manager you review financial transactions in order to detect existing and potential fraud. You will work closely with the internal teams (Analysts, Legal, Security, Payments, Product) in order to measure the fraud impact and find the right solutions to
Responsibilities:
Analyze fraud disputes / chargebacks / refunds on the mobile gaming platform
Identifying fraudulent activity by comparing suspicious behavior to normal behavior
Work with multiple systems, internal and external tools
Operating and defining processes to monitor and improve KPIs
Collaborate with diverse teams including Legal, Compliance, Payments, Product and more to effectively address fraud related issues.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the risk / payments domains (roles such as Chargeback Specialist or Fraud Analyst)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen attention to detail, particularly for tasks that involve repetitive work
A technologically inclined person
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to details while maintaining efficiency
Highly organized, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.
