The Procurement function manages the flow of products to our sites by monitoring and mitigating supply risk. You will work with various functional partners to make sure that items are ordered and delivered to our warehouses on time. You must have high attention to detail and have the ability to flag whenever something looks wrong.
This role includes the following:
Create purchase requisitions according to ongoing & forecasted needs
Track and communicate delivery schedules with internal partners Monitor and mitigate overall risk for new launches
Continuously work with the teams to improve current processes
Collaborate with suppliers, to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance
Proactively communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders and recommend mitigations
Document and maintain records of procurement, order fulfillment, and transportation when applicable
Day-to-day order management, including transactional issue resolution and critical information gathering regarding schedules, invoices, tracking info, etc.
Key job responsibilities
Procurement:
Leading development procurement activities for the whole SW group
Working with various sources internally and externally
Collect and recommend material planning by ongoing scheduled meetings with all internal customers - including SW team leaders
Budget planning for all SW teams, budget monitoring with the Finance team
Procurement documentations - Keeping up to date internal data base & documents, updating the ticketing system

Landa seeks a Business Planner to lead its supply planning activities at Landa’s customers’ site. The role focuses on leading all planning and forecasting aspects related to Landa’s consumables portfolio on a global level. This includes monitoring supply and demand and directing and coordinating customers' requirements and processes to ensure a high level of material availability. * This role is temporary (a maternity leave replacement)

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the business plans and model for consumables, processes, and procedures. · Manage inventory levels and consignment products’ availability and forecast at the customers’ sites. · Define, develop, and implement business planning processes and forecast models. · Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. · Assist in preparing strategic plans by analyzing trends and forecasts. · Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections. · Work closely with the field engineers and the customer’s representatives to better understand the trends and forecast. · Determine and execute key business initiatives to drive business operations and support Landa’s business model. · Develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives and standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives. · Assist management in operations, resource management, budgeting, revenue accounting, etc. · Manage the global portfolio of Landa’s supplies, rollovers, and transition plans with minimum scrap and transition costs. · Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements. · Understand the business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessment of potential business impacts.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated tests for desktop and web applications.
Tests cover various interfaces, including UI, REST API, and fab standard protocol SEC. In addition, automation covers performance and stress tests.
Develop an automation server to manage tests.
Server handles complex test scenarios; provides UI for convenient test maintenance; collects statistics on test execution for further improvement of automation.
