We are looking for a performance-driven leader and a passionate Director of Product Management, who will be the champion for our Data Security product domain, reporting to the Chief Product Officer.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Manage a team of product managers while owning one on the companys key product domains
Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, objectives, use cases, themes and epics
Provide business justification for product features and develop use cases to convey the why and how of new product capabilities
Track the product usage and business performance to drive product decisions
Partner with product and R&D teams and handle multiple product agendas concurrently while driving for results in cross-group / team projects
Work with marketing, product marketing, field teams and customer facing groups to bring new and significant capabilities to the market, and gather customer feedback for product use cases and new capabilities
Work with sales, sales engineers, customer success, support and other field teams and provide product related support and sales enabelmant data in a timely manner to support business growth
Drive the product market positioning and messaging through joint work with product marketing
Requirements:
10+ years of product management experience in an Enterprise Software company, B2B SaaS
Proven experience in leading cybersecurity products
Proven experience in managing a team of product managers
Proven experience in delivering new products and/or new significant product capabilities to the market
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Customer obsessed, experienced with interacting with C-Level representatives as well as security practitioners
Proven ability to work in a fast pace, high load business environment
Development background and/or strong technical background
Experience in working with global field teams (Sales, SEs, PS,
etc)
Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, creative, team player, analytical, data driven and results driven
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience is a must
Advantages:
Public Cloud Security and SaaS Apps Security background (CASB, CWPP, CSPM)
Familiarity with NAS and Backup & Restore services
MBA from a leading institute
