Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, serving as the central figure in all marketing activities; align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
* Identify potential growth opportunities, deriving from your forecasts, and drive the strategic plans, campaigns, and tests to capitalize on them.
* Bridge the gap between front-line marketers and senior leadership, establishing an efficient dialogue of growth-driven insights.

* 3+ years of experience with B2C/DtoC marketing at a director level, equivalent, or higher.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, methodologies, and best practices, with expertise in digital marketing and brand management.
* Strong understanding of data and hands-on experience analyzing marketing performance.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Proven experience in growing the company’s funnel and traffic.
* Strong problem-solving and fact-based decision-making skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
