Tymely is the first startup to offer an AI Agent for eCommerce customer service that is indistinguishable human agents. Tymely’s agent handles retailers’ most complex customer service tickets end-to-end with unprecedented service quality, including exchanges of partial orders, changing shipping addresses, refunds, etc. As a backend developer on our team, you will be responsible for the server-side of our product. Ultimately, you should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable pipelines and web applications. Responsibilities

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to join our R&D team. You will work closely with our product team to build our unique product offering. As a Backend Engineer, you will take part in developing our data ingestion pipeline, introducing new analysis engines, and building complex backend designs that are both scalable and fault-tolerant.



What Youll Do:

Youll have your domain of expertise in which you'll assist the product team with future directions, lead the technology and cooperate with other engineers.
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the software.
Youll develop backend services that integrate with and ingest data from various cloud providers that store sensitive data.
Youll build pipelines that analyze, classify, correlate and process this data.
Youll build systems that detect anomalies in the ingested data for alerting the customer, that automatically resolve issues and that generate sophisticated yet easily consumable insights arising from the processed data.
Youll work in an agile environment that focuses on high velocity and responds quickly to new insights.
As an all-around player, you'll work closely and at a high pace with other engineers, product, design, and other internal key stakeholders, as well as have a direct line of sight into how your work solves real-world problems for our clients and accelerates our business.

Be part of the Core development team in a Startup after Round A.
Design, build, consume and maintains Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), which serve as the vital communication channels of the company's products with our customers.

Take core part in all new customer onboardings and integration with customer systems. All the way to production.

Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate APIs and to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

Investigate Technical Support issues being escalated from Tier 3 support.

Work with R&D on critical field issues investigation and debug and technical support to global customers as needed.

Work continuously to increase Support Engineers\ Marketing Team product technical knowledge.
