We are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the infrastructure, security, and CI/CD process for our real-time life-saving ecosystem.
You will manage and support our AWS cloud infrastructure, research new tools and processes that will help us deliver better products and SLA.
As part of the team you will drive our journey towards streamlined and automated developer experience.
Heres what youll be working on:
You will be part of a DevOps team who will play a significant role in the definition and implementation of the AWS, Docker and Kubernetes platform strategy, HA/ DR, including architecture, design, roadmaps, and enabling various apps to adopt such technologies
Working in a collaborative culture with Dev and App owners.
Part of the job also includes resolving JIRA tickets in the areas of Cloud, CICD, deployments, monitoring, etc.
Willingness to challenge the status quo to bring new ideas and innovation to the team
Responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of internal tools, improving system health and reliability
Document and provide cross-training to peers for projects and products worked on
Ensure service uptimes to maintain the SLA-driven uptime.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor in designing,
implementing, and optimizing our cloud-native DevOps infrastructure.
You will collaborate with other team members to ensure our applications are cloud-ready, scalable, and secure, enabling us to stay at the forefront of our industry.
Responsibilities:
Cloud-Native Strategy: Develop and implement a cloud-native strategy, leveraging AWS, serverless, and other cloud-native technologies, to enhance application resilience and scalability.
Container Orchestration: Lead efforts to manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker) and establish best practices for containerization and microservices.
CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Enhance and automate our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery, incorporating industry best practices and tools.
Infrastructure as Code (IAC): Drive the adoption of IAC principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to manage infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and security.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure components such as EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, IAM roles, and security groups.
Build and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant AWS architectures that meet application and business requirements.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
Experience with MLops (Sagemaker, GPU instances) Advantage
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery, utilizing tools like Teamcity, Github actions, Jenkins
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of AWS resources and services to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, quality assurance, and security best practices into the CI/CD process.
Implement and manage containerization technologies, such as Docker and AWS ECS/EKS, to enable efficient application deployment and scaling.
Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards by implementing appropriate AWS security controls and best practices.
Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, ISO compliances advantage.

Monitor and manage application performance and service quality, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cases and issue resolution.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues.
