we are looking for an experienced, skilled, and innovative Head of Business & AI Applications to lead our team of BA managers. As our head of BAA, you will be the owner of our companys multitude of business applications and processes, working with all our business units, including Sales, Marketing, CS, Support and Finance. You will also be working with the Product and R&D departments as our business applications are strongly coupled with our product.
You will drive innovation, efficiency, and new value by exploring and initiating new software solutions (build & buy) and leveraging AI tools and capabilities to build and scale.

Responsibilities:
Own all aspects of business applications (exploration, initiation, setup, enablement, support) across all of our companys business units.
Set the vision and roadmap for our companys operational workflows' future landscape
Lead, mentor, and scale our companys team of proficient business application managers.
Partner with senior business stakeholders (from TLs to VPs and C-level) as well as operational teams, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable system solutions.
Drive integration of a variety of tools and systems, using various tools such as Workato and N8N, ensuring data flows and customer journeys are seamless and measurable
Work closely with the Finance department, integrating the sales and financial processes and systems (e.g., CPQ, NetSuite, Billing systems)
Drive AI adoption across the company by both building & buying AI solutions, promoting AI workflows, and enabling teams to use them effectively.

Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, Gong, Chilipiper, ZoomInfo.
Requirements: 4+ years of managerial experience managing a team of business applications experts
Experience in a fast-moving tech company. Experience in a B2B SaaS company - an advantage
8+ years of hands-on experience with various business applications, including:
Salesforce - Strong proficiency is a must
Ticketing and support systems - such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or ServiceNow
Marketing, GTM, and enrichment systems, and integrating them into CRM - such as Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, Gong, Chilipiper, Zoominfo, and the various adtech platforms
Integrating with financial and billing Systems - such as NetSuite, Stripe, Zuora
Vast experience with integration (Workato, n8n, Zapier, Make) and API integrations
Experience with AI technologies, leading business process optimization using AI tools, and building AI processes
Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent planning, project management, communication, and presentation skills, including senior stakeholder relationships.
