We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Legal to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of corporate related matters.
Reporting to the CLO, the Senior Corporate Counsel will play a pivotal role within the leadership team of the organization, leading certain corporate and commercial affairs of the organization, ensuring compliance, and advising the executive team on certain legal matters.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day to day corporate law matters, as well as strategic corporate transactions.
Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in selected jurisdictions.
Collaborate with senior management to identify legal risks and opportunities, providing proactive advice and solutions.
Work closely with the CLO and other members of the legal team on cross company and cross team projects .

Requirements: At least 9 years of experience practicing law, focusing on corporate matters - must - within a high-tech company - strong advantage.
Experience in managerial positions - a huge advantage.
Experience in commercial contracts - an advantage .
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns.
Can-do approach with a collaborative nature.
Experience in managing and overseeing complex legal projects.
