Lead infrastructure automation and environment provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform - preferred).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release processes, including versioning, automation, and reliable deployments.
- Enhance platform security through best practices (access control, credential management, auditability).
- Ensure system reliability and operational excellence via monitoring, incident response, and runbooks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R D, QA, IT, Delivery) to streamline deployments and enable - successful releases.
- Support production operations, including escalations, debugging, and recovery when needed.
- Mentor team members and drive engineering best practices and standards.
Requirements: - 5years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles with production-grade ownership+
- Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end deployment and operational solutions (architecture, standards, and execution).
- Strong Kubernetes experience in production
- Experience operating Kubernetes in production across multiple distributions and managed services (e.g., Rancher, OpenShift, AKS/EKS/GKE)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and environment automation, preferably Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release automation, including artifact and version management, quality gates, and repeatable deployments
- Strong Linux expertise and solid networking fundamentals
