Collaborate with Security experts and other stakeholders to define Business metrics.
Work with data engineers to implement these metrics over Big Data sources.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations.
Conduct data analysis and present insights to the leadership team and stakeholders.
Develop Anomaly Detection and monitoring solutions to ensure operation excellence of AI and other systems in MDE.

Responsibilities:
Create and maintain robust Big Data pipelines for Analytics and ML systems.
Optimize performance of Big Data scripts and queries.
Create monitoring and reporting infrastructure.
Develop systems that facilitate Data Science activities such as Analytics and Feature Extraction.

We are looking for a highly-technical leader with experience managing a distributed team and a solid understanding of several key technologies.


This is a Hybrid position open to candidates in the Israel area.

What You'll Do

Lead the IDP cloud SDET team and work with all the stakeholder teams to guarantee cloud software and deployment quality

Lead cloud test direction, test strategy, test design/development/execution and reporting

Hands-on design and development of test framework/tools and scripts to achieve test efficiency and productivity to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, scalability of cloud.

Work with other quality leaders to understand product quality and automation gaps and opportunities, customer engagement as it relates to quality, and continuously reviewing the impact of SDET work.

Support our cloud test platform as it relates to other test and pipeline activities

Hire, coach, and support engineers as needed.

The primary purpose of the position is to work closely with customers, and sales team to manage the technical engagement that supports sales campaigns and drive the adoption of software tools.

Responsibilities -

To develop close relationships with customers to be able to assess their technical requirements and the options/ability for Calibre solutions to develop and implement technical sales plans. This may be through proactive telephone contact, delivery of presentations and demonstrations, articulating product value statements, and engagement in technical benchmarks and evaluations.
To drive products into customer projects to ensure adoption by creating methodology and flows; this may include infrastructure and integration into a customers environment and the identification of pilot projects for tool use and the debugging and bring-up of new methodologies and flows.
To uncover or qualify new opportunities, the technical viability of a lead and communicate the opportunity clearly to the sales team. Use this information to establish success criteria for technical engagements that effectively position of strength.
To provide technical leadership on all aspects of a sales campaign with the aim of contributing to account/area technical business plans.
To share, in a proactive manner, account, evaluation, competitor, technology and other useful information with peers, sales teams, management and product divisions to help us to compete more effectively.
To actively participate in out-bound marketing such as trade shows, workshops, seminars, webcasts.

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our company's data pipeline architecture.
Lead team architectural discussions
Manage a team of 2-3 data engineers
Work as an integral part of the data team and work closely with data Scientists, data Analysts and data Engineers.
Work directly with others (Developers, Product, and Internal stakeholders) to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.
