What youll be doing:
We are at the forefront of automation, continuously striving to streamline our operations across all aspects of our infrastructure. We maintain a vast multi-cloud environment spanning AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI, as well as a robust on-premises infrastructure.
Our team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing these diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and expanding our automation efforts.
You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions across our multi-cloud and on-premises environments.

As a DevOps Engineer, you won't just "maintain" infrastructure, you will own it.
You will lead the charge in cloud security automation, using an AI-first mindset to drive extreme efficiency. Your mission is to identify, rectify, and prevent misconfigurations and bottlenecks in advance. You are expected to operate with high autonomy, shaping the future of secure cloud environments by being a proactive force, not a reactive one.
Key Responsibilities:
Innovate & Implement:Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions with a focus on GCP, including compute reservations, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GCS, and networking.
Release Engineering: Lead weekly production upgrade cycles across global multi-region environments, including branch-out processes, hotfix management, version gating, and rollback procedures.
Service Deployment & Lifecycle: Own end-to-end service deployments on Kubernetes - from Helm chart creation and Flux/GitOps configuration to production rollout and scaling.
Database Administration:Manage and optimize database infrastructure including MySQL, Redis, BigQuery, Neo4j, Scylla, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL in production environments.
AI Integration: Utilize AI-supporting tools to optimize coding, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex architectural puzzles. Contribute to AI-native infrastructure such as Vertex AI and AI Gateway services.
Tenant & Customer Infrastructure: Manage customer-specific infrastructure including dedicated compute reservations, tenant provisioning, licensing configuration, and feature flag management across multi-tenant and single-tenant environments.
Infrastructure Automation & Tooling:Develop internal CLI tools and automation scripts (Python) to streamline operations.
Cost Optimization: Drive cloud cost optimization through resource right-sizing, reservation management, database disk reduction, and efficiency improvements.
Service Reliability: Enhance uptime by establishing SLAs, setting up comprehensive monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver), and participating in the production on-call rotation (including off-hours support).

As a highly motivated and customer-focused professional on the global Cortex XSIAM support team, you will provide first-class technical support by managing incoming inquiries and escalations within defined SLAs. You will proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with technical account managers and developers to mitigate risks and develop permanent solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of client environments to ensure the successful deployment and operation of our cybersecurity solutions, finding and resolving issues before they escalate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to user-reported issues in adherence to established Service Level Agreements.
Triage customer reported issues and respond via ticketing system, phone, or remote sessions.
Perform advanced troubleshooting at the application and OS level, using your knowledge and relevant expertise.
Identify the area of fault (code, environment, or configuration) and work with the appropriate teams to implement the fix.
Provide timely feedback into the development process on customer-reported product problems.
Document actions to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.
Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.

Proactively collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce best practices for data governance, access controls, and regulatory requirements.
Partner with networking and platform engineers to integrate research workloads into the broader company ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation.

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Linux Security Researcher for our Tel Aviv R&D center to advance our Cortex-XDR Agent for the Linux platform, which provides runtime protection to servers and cloud workloads. In this role, you will be a key member of a team responsible for researching, developing, and improving our Anti-Exploit and Anti-Malware capabilities. Your work will involve deep exploration of OS internals, exploits, malware, delving into cloud security, and finding ways to mitigate new attack vectors.
Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and improve state-of-the-art endpoint security solutions focused on comprehensive prevention. This includes broad defense against attack classes like malware and exploits, spanning from low-level mitigations to application-level security

This position oversees the ongoing, professional, and proactive management of customer service operations, ensuring compliance with SLA targets, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and coordinating all service-related activities internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer service activities during warranty periods and under support/service agreements.
- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with customers and/or end users, including professional support, proactive service initiatives, and coordination of on-site activities.
- Provide initial Help desk support, including full documentation and tracking of all service requests in the PRIORITY system.
- Ensure availability of inventory in service warehouses and customer sites according to contractual requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA and TAT (response and repair times) targets.
- Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians and rapid response teams based on project needs and maintenance contracts.
- Take full ownership of service calls from initiation to closure, including documentation of Service Request Forms and service reports.
- Track, monitor, and report on service performance metrics and KPIs.
- Develop, manage, and sell follow-on service programs, including maintenance agreements, training contracts, and additional services.
- Handle order processing, shipment coordination (domestic & international), and tracking of spare parts, TEST equipment, and support tools.
- Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and ILS teams.
- Manage operational and budgetary aspects of service activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction improvements in maintenance services, including feedback collection, root cause analysis, and implementation of service improvements.
