Provide Technical Support throughout the product lifecycle.
Integrate and support EO/IR systems on UAV, UAS, drone, and robotic platforms.
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and validation.
Lead technical investigations and resolve complex field issues.
Conduct customer demonstrations, acceptance tests, and field trials worldwide.
Work closely with multidisciplinary R D teams.
Provide technical training and develop integration/documentation materials.
Support pre- and post-sales activities, customer presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and technical marketing.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Application, Systems, Field Engineering, or Technical Support.
Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary systems and strong system -level troubleshooting skills.
Experience with EO/IR, imaging, sensors, cameras, or defense technologies - advantage.
Experience working with customers and international partners.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Experience with UAV/UAS, thermal imaging, system integration, Python /MATLAB, or defense/aerospace - advantage.
Drone/pilot certification - advantage.
