This role combines hands-on mechanical design with significant engineering responsibility at the interface between R D and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for preparing manufacturing and assembly drawings and technical specifications, performing strength and tolerance calculations, providing ongoing engineering support to the production floor, and investigating failures in existing systems.
You will also lead engineering improvements, work closely with suppliers and subcontractors, support assembly and integration processes, and take an active role in transferring products from development to production, including defining the appropriate manufacturing technologies.

Requirements: - B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - MUST
- At least 5 years of hands-on mechanical design experience in an R D or manufacturing environment - MUST
- Proven experience in defining and stabilizing manufacturing processes and driving cost reductions - MUST
- High proficiency in SolidWorks - MUST
- Excellent technical Hebrew and English, including reading, writing, and speaking - MUST
- Full proficiency with standard computer applications
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies is also required, including machining, sheet metal, plastics, casting, and composite materials.
Significant Advantages
