Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
7-10+ years of experience in Product Management within fintech or financial services companies, with a strong focus on lending and loan servicing products
Proven hands-on experience working with / for US-based companies or US financial markets
Extensive knowledge of banking integrations and payment processing: ACH, NACHA, card networks, wire transfers, and alternative payment methods
Strong familiarity with US financial compliance and regulatory frameworks such as TILA, Reg B, UDAAP, CFPB regulations and SCRA
Deep understanding of lending ecosystems, including consumer / auto lending - strong advantage
Proven experience leading complex product integrations and API-based solutions with internal and external partners
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and working closely with R&D teams
Demonstrated ability to write clear and detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business requirements and technical specifications
Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel
Strong analytical mindset with deep interest in data-driven products and decision-making
