Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of specialists, including instructional designers, content writers, and multimedia specialists.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on strategic goals.
Continuously evaluate and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation and tool enhancements to improve team productivity.
Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives to enhance team performance.
Content Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain content plans and roadmaps, ensuring CX and Elementor goals and objectives are aligned.
Manage content development sprints and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality educational materials.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements: At least 2+ years experience in managing a team.
Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to education, LMS platforms, and authoring tools.- Must
Experience in creating video-based courses- Must
Strong understanding of educational design principles, agile practices, and sprint planning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex challenges.
Hands-on experience in the technical implementation of educational tools and processes, showcasing proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and educational outcomes.
