We are looking for a creative and passionate person, who loves people to lead our Global Employee Experience and employee brand fields to enhance the employee journey across our global organization. This role reports to the HRBP, IComm & Emp Experience Director.
It will focus on developing global programs that boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention while strengthening our employee brand and ensuring Gilat continues to be a great place to work for all employees worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Youll be in charge of the employees' well-being experience from planning to execution, including company events, recognitions, celebrations, holidays, gifts, fun days, happy hours, Etc.
Drive initiatives that continuously improve the employee experience, ensuring they align with our evolving culture and business goals.
Manage and develop community relations and volunteer activities
Oversee and track the employee experience budget, and demonstrate proactive thinking and resourcefulness to maximize impact within budget constraints.
Develop programs that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across all levels of the organization.
Lead the global employee branding strategy to promote Gilat as an employer of choice, internally and externally.
Lead global initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Analyze employee feedback and data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that employee programs are scalable and adaptable to different regions and cultures
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Branding, HR, or a related field, focusing on global or multinational environments.
At least one role in the employee experience domain.
Experience in managing social media channels and employer branding initiatives.
Strong understanding of employee engagement, retention strategies, company culture development, and employer branding.
Proven track record of successfully implementing global employee programs and branding initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with international teams.
Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing employee feedback to guide decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating positive employee experiences.
