As a Wages & Corporate FP&A Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our most critical resources: human capital and financials.
As an employee you will:
Wages Management: Lead all aspects of wages and human capital financials, including forecasting, P&L analysis, Budget Vs Actual comparison and more.
Financial Strategy: Drive annual budget and long-term financial strategies, collaborating with stakeholders and providing actionable insights.
Provide to executive management with ad-hoc financial requests and support board of directors and investor presentations.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor expenses of global cross-functional departments, including budget approvals and expenses control.

Your impact:
Provide financial support to business functions and assist them in decision-making: Provide relevant commentaries and business insights.
Collaborating with managers to create business plans and strategic plans based on quarterly and annual reports.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Working with the Chief of Staff and the leadership team to create and deliver a pragmatic business applications roadmap that supports key business objectives

What will you be doing in this role?
Drives cross-functional idea and process planning within the organization as gaps are identified.
Aligns processes and communication following the ITIL standards to create a seamless experience for our customers and colleagues who support our customers.
Uses creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to understand the impacts of a change and how best to serve our customers.

Enable data -driven decisions by working closely as an "analytical arm" to department heads, building business cases that shape key strategies.
