Key Responsibilities LOB Strategy
* Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, including customer requirements, competitors, and emerging trends.
* Lead the development of the LOB strategy, including a 5-year strategic plan, to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve business objectives.
* Evaluate business opportunities, challenges, and risks to inform strategic decision-making. Product Roadmap
* Develop and maintain a roadmap of products and capabilities, aligning with market demands and business goals.
* Drive product development initiatives to enhance the portfolio and meet customer needs. Sales (Excl. Subsidiaries Home Markets):
* Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and industry engagement.
* Represent the Company in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, competitors, government agencies, professional societies, and similar groups.
* Take full responsibility for pre-sale activities, including proposal preparation, to convert leads into sales.
* Implement strategies to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers. Execution
* Assume full P&L responsibility for the LOB, excluding home markets, and drive financial performance through revenue generation and cost management.
* Responsible for managing the budget for the LOB, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
* Manage EMD (Engineering & Manufacturing Development) programs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
* Oversee accounts and customer management activities, fostering strong relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Provide post-sale customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer success
* Develop and execute operating plans and budgets, both short and long term, to ensure performance baselines are achieved.

Requirements: Requirements Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles, driving growth and profitability, preferably in high-tech, multi-disciplinary companies. Experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
