On a typical day you will:
Backend Engineering: Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js. Focus on building RESTful APIs, database integration, and implementing effective caching strategies. Expertise in using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Argo is essential.
Cloud Engineering: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Key areas include ensuring cloud infrastructure security, performance optimization, and scalability. Familiarity with Terraform and monitoring tools like Datadog is crucial.
Data Integration: While less emphasized, proficiency in managing data, particularly in designing ETL processes and handling SQL queries, is important.

Proven ability to lead and deliver complex backend and cloud projects.

Efficient in integrating and managing data in backend and cloud environments.

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLM), Diffusion Models and GenAI engineering. The ideal candidate will have professional experience programming in Python and a solid understanding of AI protocols and standards.

In this role you will:
Write effective and scalable Python code.
Develop and implement AI models including Large Language Models (LLM) and Diffusion Models.
Utilize GenAI engineering tools such as LangChain, RAG, Vector Database for implementation and optimization.
Stay updated with AI protocols and standards and ensure their correct application in projects.
Collaborate with other team members to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex problems, identify and define the computational requirements to solve them.

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer, Clinical Applications Team.
Your responsibilities will span from design to implementation of a complex,
time critical, microservices based system, that leverages events driven design to handle large volumes of clinical data and provide advanced interface (mobile and web) to manage clinical workflows.
You will collaborate with various teams, including the AI, data and product teams, in order to deliver the best code using high end technologies.
Tech stack:
We are running on AWS and using various technologies to run our services. Our services are python based and we leverage various open source technologies to achieve scale, performance and robustness, such as rabbitMQ, Redix and Elastic. We are always open to new technologies and tools that will help us to do our job even better.
You will:
Be the owner of your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and our products scalability
Build our products using microservices written in Python
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including product, design, data and other teams
Proactively coach and mentor other developers and help them elevate their skills
