As a Senior Product Analyst in a data-driven company, you will play an integral role in the companys data strategy plan. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting all of the companys data to help drive business decisions. You will be responsible for conducting a full product lifecycle analysis, including gathering requirements, defining activities, and designing solutions. You will also be responsible for developing reporting and analysis capabilities, monitoring KPIs, and implementing quality control plans to identify areas for improvement, and assessing the success of business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data related to our product and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with R&D team to define product tracking and KPIs.
Work closely with the management and product team to leverage data and turn it into business decisions.
Identifying impactful correlations by analyzing the collected data and generating actionable insights.
Build comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor product performance and key business metrics.
Plan and analyze effective A/B tests in order to improve business KPIs.
Build and run complex queries within any possible criteria.
Requirements: B.Sc / M.A in computer science, math or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a data analyst at a SaaS high tech company.
Experience as a Product Analyst.
Technical, analytical, and mathematical skills with emphasis on statistics & probability.
Experience with big-query or similar frameworks.
Experience with creating complex queries using SQL or similar query language.
Experience with Tableau or similar visualization platform.
Deep familiarity with Mixpanel - an advantage.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
Hands-On | Team player.
Experience with Stripe, Hubspot, Salesforce, Auth0, and ElasticSearch - Advantageous.
