management and consumer ordering, web store front for the store, and loyalty programs
What You Will Be Doing
- Leading a small team of developers
- Working closely with product managers on feature design
- Proposing and working with others on solution architectures
- Assigning tech requirements to team members
- Monitoring and owning deliverables
- Hands on development (50% or more)
- Code reviews when needed
- Working on projects such as enhancing existing, and creating new, frontend and backend
subsystems for our internal and customer-facing portals, apps and Linux -based point of sale system,
ranging from Ecommerce, EDI and a CRM for store owners.
Requirements: - Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in a Full-Stack development role
- Minimum 2 years experience leading a development team
- Experience prioritizing roadmap projects while supporting previously deployed projects
- Professional experience with vue.js, calling and implementing APIs, HTML 3
- Professional experience with PHP or Node.js for backend development
- Professional experience with SQL databases (preference PostgreSQL)
- Experience with distributed source code control
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including documenting data flow
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: clients, executives, managers, and coworkers
Desired Skills
- Experience with github, Jira, Node.js, Lubuntu
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with angular.js
- Experience with both PHP & node
- Working knowledge of Linux, AWS servi
