Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program, leveraging market analysis and existing networks.
Onboard and train new partners on product offerings, affiliate tools, and best practices to maximize their performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing regular support and incentives to enhance productivity.
Manage and optimize affiliate promotions and campaigns to drive leads and sales.
Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Analyze performance data to measure partner effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet program KPIs including Product-Qualified Leads (PQLs), Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs), and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create tools and resources for affiliate partners.
Requirements: Proven experience in affiliate marketing within a B2B context, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with partners.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics and KPIs relevant to affiliate marketing.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Experience with CRM and affiliate management software is preferred.
