About the role
As a Logistics & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all local production and logistics operations in-country, actively supporting the objectives of the Supply organization. You will lead with a can‑do approach, managing a direct team and collaborating cross‑functionally to drive commercial success while meeting supply KPIs, initiating productivity improvements, and continuously challenging the status quo. Working closely with local commercial functions, you will play a key role in achieving the Area plan by leveraging innovative solutions to optimize performance.
Your responsibilities
Manage local 3PLs and consignment distributors (service levels, terms, performance control).
Manage local Co‑Packers across all business aspects (financials, planning, quality, procurement, and more).
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, Co‑Packers, and logistics partners to maximize results.
Lead the logistics team; provide direction, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure on‑time delivery with required quality at optimal cost.
Manage multiple logistics and embellishment suppliers.
Oversee stock reconciliation across sites and systems.
Lead inventory counts and variance resolution.
Own the budget: plan, monitor, control, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead savings and efficiency projects.
Ensure compliance with global guidelines (inventory controls, scrapping, reconciliations, documentation).
Develop, implement, and sustain processes that improve efficiency and accuracy and reduce workload (including automation where applicable).
Play a key role in cross‑departmental processes and projects.
Requirements: The experience we're looking for
University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven managerial experience in logistics/operations
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (strong Excel).
SAP experience - an advantage.
