The global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor helmets, is looking for an experienced IT helpdesk to join our IT team. Full-time on-site position in the company's offices at Raa'nana, reporting to the IT Director. Job description: In this role, you will become a significant part of our collaboratively IT team while learning and engaging in varied technologies. You will work in the dynamic environment of a hi-tech company, providing Technical Support through direct interface with employees in the headquarters and remotely worldwide.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for the first level of contact for the companys local & global end users, according to the required SLA.
* Provide on-site technical assistance for incoming support requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
* Routine maintenance & responsibility for meeting rooms functionality and equipment
* Handling Telephony & mobile devices operated by IOS and Android.
* Maintenance of all computing peripherals equipment
Requirements: Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, supporting senior management.
* Good knowledge of MS Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
* Office 365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams. Azure AD advantage
* Basic knowledge and experience in networks and communication/telephony systems
* Familiarity with the following systems: Intune, Priority ERP advantage
* Qualification courses such as MCITP, MCSA, and CCNA advantage
* Service-oriented with a proactive & professional approach
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Fluent in English, technical and communicative
