Work within project timelines to deliver documentation that aligns with product releases and updates.
Manage all customer-facing related content to be published in our knowledge base.

Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.
Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts.
Focus on UX writing, including crafting and maintaining voice, tone, and copy style guides, to ensure consistency and standardization across all technical documentation.
Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content.
Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.

* Design and implement Advanced PCBs layout.
* Interact with Mechanical engineers and electrical engineers to understand the requirements.
* Conduct Layout design reviews.
* Prepare all manufacturing and assembly files.
* Layout of silicon photonics chips – Understand the PDK and design rules.
* Prepare all production material for tape-out.
* Interface with suppliers about technical questions.
