Lead and own the organizations HR technology ecosystem, driving the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of enterprise HR platforms.
The role focuses on AI enabled systems, data driven decision making, and scalable digital solutions that support core HR processes, Employee Experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Lead strategy and optimization of enterprise HR platforms (LMS, knowledge management, HR systems)
Own end-to-end platform management: integrations, governance, data integrity, security, and performance
Design and implement AI-driven HR solutions, automation, and intelligent workflows
Build HR data and analytics frameworks (KPIs, dashboards, insights)
Develop scalable knowledge management systems aligned with HR processes
Evaluate and integrate emerging HR technologies, with focus on AI and automation
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Learning Technologies, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
Professional training or certification in Digital Platforms / HR Systems / Learning Technologies
Proven experience working with enterprise HR platforms (LMS, knowledge management, or adjacent HR systems)
Strong understanding of AI applications in HR, data analytics, and technology driven process optimization
Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed corporate environments
Demonstrated system thinking, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions.
