We are looking for a person to orchestrate our global traveling. Managing all aspects of employee travel, including booking accommodations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring compliance with company travel policies and procedures. Working closely with local travel agencies to ensure budget optimization and provide superb user experience. Another and not less important aspect of the job is to manage and assist in various administrative office procedures and peoples needs, from onboarding processes to new employees, through overall assistance to our employees globally, to companys events and employees wellbeing. As part of the job you are an important figure in the way the office will function and interface with all employees (globally) as well as with external suppliers.

Main Activities:
Be part of the autonomous vehicle revolution, and help in changing the world
Operations - Manage various offices on-going procedures, including:
o Travel coordinating
o Procuring and inventory management from computers and screens to folders and pens, groceries etc.
o Working with the accounting department on monthly reports.
o Overall assistance to our employees globally- expense reports, onboarding new employees, wellbeing etc.
o Handling suppliers reports.
HR Work with the HR & Global employee operations team on all Welfare activities, including:
o Companys events at various scales, holidays, happy-hours, etc.
o Presents for holidays, birthdays...
Requirements: Requirements:
B.A. degree in Humanities, or equivalent.
Excellent relationships with candidates, employees, partners, Providers and people as such.
Service-oriented, proactive, committed.
Proficient with MS-Office, Gmail, etc.
People-person and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized and structured.
An independent and self-motivated person.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
Can do it attitude.
