About the Role
We are seeking a PPC Account Manager to join our Elite team. In this role, you will manage our clients online marketing activities, build and implement marketing strategies, and optimize their business goals and KPIs.

What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and Hands-On ongoing campaign managements across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, DV360, native platforms etc.) to achieve client goals and KPIs.
Conduct performance analysis, AB testing, and optimization to maximize ROI and improve campaign effectiveness.
Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform and enhance digital strategies.
Analyze client websites to identify opportunities for improving conversion rate (CR) performance.
Create analysis report for clients, providing insights and performance analysis of their campaigns and digital marketing activity.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.
Requirements: What Were Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST.
Strong analytical skills - excel, GA4.
Strategic thinker and a problem-solver personality.
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends, especially in lead generation techniques and technologies.
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively initiate growth strategies for lead generation.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)- Must Additional languages- an advantage.
