We are seeking a VP of Sales with proven revenue leadership in robotics or industrial automation - a leader who wins complex enterprise deals and operates comfortably at the highest executive levels.
This is a hands-on global role with full revenue accountability. You will lead from the front: opening strategic doors, and personally driving high-value enterprise agreements from first engagement to close.
The right candidate brings a history of delivering multi-million-dollar results, and the ability to generate qualified pipeline immediately.
Reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Own global bookings, revenue growth, and forecasting.
Drive and close strategic enterprise deals.
Activate and expand industry relationships.
Implement disciplined pipeline and forecasting processes.
Build and scale the global sales organization.
Develop ecosystem partnerships with OEMs and integrators.
Represent CaPow at executive and industry levels.
Design and execution of global sales strategy and GTM plan.
Member of the company management with the ability to influence.
Requirements: Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Direct sales experience in robotics, AMRs, AGVs, industrial automation, or material handling.
Personally carried and delivered multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets.
Personally closed complex enterprise deals.
Active network within OEMs, system integrators, or large automation customers.
Experience selling multidisciplinary systems (electrical, mechanical, embedded, software integration).
Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles (6-18+ months).
Startup or scale-up experience with direct execution responsibility.
Experience building sales bottom up in new markets.
Proven experience managing global sales teams, including remote teams, with responsibility for team quota and global revenue targets.
Must be capable of generating qualified pipeline within the first 30-60-90 days.
