We are looking for an IT Manager to lead the IT team and to share the responsibilities for the company's IT infrastructure and user management. We are looking for a competent IT Manager who is passionate about IT and security in various tech environments. In this position, you will maintain and improve the company infrastructure, network, and security, ensuring the proper function of IT.
Responsibilities:
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching team members, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
Support the company's fast-paced growth, planning, and maintaining best practices for a scaling company.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
Continuous security improvements of applications and information systems.
Manage all user accounts, licenses, and subscriptions.
Manage IT equipment, stock, and purchasing.
Manage all IT systems and network infrastructure at the company.
Manage day-to-day high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions promptly.
Manage data backups. Ensure company data security, availability, and integrity.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as IT Team Leader or similar position in cloud or hybrid companies with experience in information technology and data management.
Solid understanding of networking and security, including local, distributed, and cloud-based.
Solid understanding of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure and technology, and experience working with AWS and Azure including commercial aspects and governance.
Good knowledge of SSO concepts and SAML protocol.
Experience in VM infrastructure management (VMWare).
Professional experience working with Windows/Linux/MacOS operational systems.
Experience with firewalls, network switches, and other network equipment management, and firm understanding of network concepts and principles.
An ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English fluency (reading, writing, speaking).
