Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, guiding them to develop their skills and achieve their targets.
Oversee the planning and execution of global, large-scale marketing campaigns on ad platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Google, ensuring KPIs are met.
Drive growth into new marketing channels.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve performance.
Collaborate with our Creative, Design, Revenue, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and create standout campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign data to continually optimize performance and report results to senior management.
Requirements: Proven track of record of managing and mentoring an online marketing team.
5+ years of experience managing large-scale campaigns a must.
Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and subscription-based business models (SaaS).
Experience with multiple user acquisition channels (including Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, etc).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large sets of data.
Proactive and adaptable with a growth mindset.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
Deep understanding of SEO an advantage.
Familiarity with WordPress an advantage.
Creative thinking and copywriting skills an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
