Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves working strategically with existing clients to maximize their use of the product and resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to customers, aligning product features with business needs
Drive product adoption and identify upsell opportunities
Analyze data to prioritize and resolve customer issues
Liaise between product management and customers
Create and nurture customer champions and advocates
Collaborate with a global team, accommodating different time zones
Deliver impactful business reviews and manage projects effectively
Requirements: 3-5 years experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, consulting, or account management)
Experience working with enterprise Fortune 500 customers, preferably in HR tech
Proven track record in B2B SaaS environment
Excellent English proficiency, ability to effectively collaborate with senior individuals
Strong presentation and project management skills
Results-oriented with ability to deliver on business objectives
Willingness to work flexible hours for global client management
Bachelor's degree (Business or Technical preferred)
